Request a ReScore
A ReScore shows the concern resolution process a dealer took to solve a customer's issue. When a shop receives a low score, they can reach out to the customer to resolve their concerns. After the dealer addresses the problems, they can ask the customer to fill out another survey by sending them a ReScore. The ReScore will replace the low score rating and show alongside the original review. Please follow the following steps to request a ReScore.
1. Respond to a Customer's review
2. After Resolving the customer's concern, send them a ReScore Request
Please note that you need to respond to the review before being able to send a ReScore. Once you send the ReScore, the customer will receive an email asking them to fill it out.
How a completed ReScore looks
The ReScore rating will replace the original score.
