ReScore Calculation

The original rating gets replaced with the ReScore Review™ rating for the customer experience. The ReScore rating will always take the place of the initial rating.

In the example shown below, the original review rating is a 1-star, and the ReScore rating is 5-stars. The initial rating (1-star) gets replaced by the ReScore Review™ rating (5-stars). The 5-star rating gets calculated into the shop's overall SureCritic rating score.
