AAA Repair Facilities Survey

The following is the survey that gets sent out to AAA Repair Facilities customers. After they complete the private survey, they have the option to fill out a public SureCritic review.

Survey Screen

"Is this your first time at Demo - Plus/Premium?" and "Are you a AAA Member?" are nested questions, so customers will be shown another question based on if they select "Yes" or "No". 

"Is this your first time at Demo - Plus/Premium?" - Yes 

"Is this your first time at Demo - Plus/Premium?" - No

"Are you a AAA Member?" - Yes

"Are you a AAA Member?" - No

After a customer fills out and submits the private survey, they have the option to fill out a public review.
